Making Jelly
April 10th, 2008 by vjenkinsToday S2J made jelly. We had ingredients that we mixed together. The ingredients were:
- 1 packet jelly crystals
- 200mL cold water
- 250mL hot boiling water
When we opened the jelly crystals we tipped them into a bowl. We had to be careful pouring the boiling water into bowl with the jelly crystals. We stirred and stirred until the jelly crystals dissolved into the water. We put the liquid jelly into f0am cups and Ms Finos put the cups onto a tray and took them to the fridge. Tomorrow is the last day of school so we are going to eat the jelly then because we need to freeze it over night.
