Multicultural Day
December 17th, 2007 by vjenkinsLast Friday we celebrated Multicultural Day for the students in our school. There were students from the Cook Islands, Japan, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Argentina, Greece and of course, Australia. To finish off the day there was a game called Netball where Students (A) played against Students (B) and then the teachers played against the parents. There was dancing too! The Cook Island students were dancing very well. Some of the teachers danced with them trying to copy them. Even some of the other children were dancing to some of the music. Our school even sold some hot dogs, ice blocks and drinks.
