The 15th October was the first day of swimming. Before we started swimming the teacher taught us how to swim and told us not to dive in the pool and not to do bombs in the pool. On the first day we had a test and on the last day we only had 10 mintues of free time. My group was called Goldfish2 and my teacher was Mrs Fanggidae. We only went swimming for ten days. When it was a cold day the pool was warm. When it was hot day the pool was cold. Those days were so much fun. I loved those days. I wish I could go swimming every day.

Today Bright Sparks were visited by 4 teachers from Canberra. While they were here they watched Sala and Robert show the rest of the class how to use Movie Maker to put our movie clips together. After that we got into our movie groups. Some students were filming with props, some were painting backgrounds and some were choosing and making costumes for their movie. The visitors asked us lots of questions about our film making.
Bright Sparks would like to apologize to all those bloggers who have had problems viewing some of the pictures on our site. Unfortunately many of the wonderful websites that we have been using to upload our movies and photos have been blocked. Hopefully they won’t be blocked for too much longer, but things aren’t looking too good at the moment.
Also, many of the links to sites in our blogroll have also been blocked, so if we haven’t made a comment on your blog for a while, this is why.
If anyone has suggestions how we could possibly get around this problem, we would love to hear them.
Today 24 visitors from America came to see how our school uses technology. The visitors were amazed with how we do things with technology. The Bright Sparks were doing a little bit of everything and having fun. Some of us were using camcorders to make animations using Lego. Other students were making crazy, funny movies. A few students were taking photos using a digital camera. Another group were using the interactive whiteboard and learning how to use Movie Maker.
